very much for considering a purchase through SurfINSIDE’s online surf
store. SurfINSIDE’s site will constantly be improving, making it as easy as
possible for you “the surfer” to get the gear you want in your hands. This
will allow you more time in the water and less daylight time sitting in
traffic and wandering around stores. We all know if we could do it, we
would spend all day every day in the water. SurfINSIDE is just trying to
give back a few hours of daylight for you “the surfer” to spend in the water
where you want to be and provide you with the gear you want to do it.
Ordering the gear you
want:
SurfINSIDE prefers our
customers to purchase online through our secure servers with a credit card.
If you wish you may call us or send us mail as well. SurfINSIDE accepts the
following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, and of course regular
checks or money orders by mail.
The shopping online
experience:

Navigate through the
website using the menu bar across the top of the page. You may use the
product search box or simply navigate through the product menu that is
located along the left hand side of every page.

Select products by
clicking the picture or the button that reads “more information”

When applicable,
select options such as size and color for specific items

Click “add to cart”
confirm the correct item, size, color, and quantity

Adjust quantity if
necessary and click “edit quantity”

Click “Proceed to
checkout” or you may click “continue shopping”

If you clicked
“continue shopping” you may click on “view cart” to return.

Once back to the cart
you will want to click on “proceed to checkout”

Either “sign in using
our secure server” or “create a new membership account”

Enter your address by
clicking the “change address”

Enter your payment
information by clicking on “change credit card”

Once the delivery and
payment information is correct the “place order” button will appear
towards the bottom of the computer screen.

Click “place order”,
you will receive a confirmation email in 30 minutes.

Returns
and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return unused items
in their original condition within 30 days of purchase date for a refund to
the credit card charged. You can expect a refund to your credit card in 7
to 14 days after your returned product has been received by Surfinside,
Inc. In order to receive a refund, all items must still have their original
tags and or stickers attached. Customers are responsible for shipping
costs. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal
Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for
tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost
in shipping. Please print your name and address on the outside of the
package and include your invoice or order confirmation email. Please
contact us for a return number and address.
Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under
their return policy, we can help assist you with this.
Prices
Here at SurfINSIDE, we
try our best to get a quality product in your hands at the lowest possible
price while still adhering to our manufacturer’s minimum retail pricing
guidelines. Prices and descriptions listed can change at anytime without
notice. We are not obligated to process orders with incorrect pricing. We
will notify any customers of incorrect pricing via email.
Sales
Tax
SurfINSIDE is based in
California, and we are obligated to collect tax for items shipped to
California addresses.
Shipping
times
Products listed in the
site should indicate their average estimated shipping time. Most orders are
shipped within 2 business days. If an item you order is not available for
some reason we will contact you and backorder the item and attempt to ship
it for 30 days.
